Great location, close to key attractions and amenities. The staff was friendly and responsive, addressing any concerns promptly. The rooms were comfortable, offering air conditioning and cable television.
The bathroom facilities were a bit rundown. Windows couldn't close properly, allowing mosquitos to enter.

Great Location, Helpful Staff, Comfortable Room I recently had a city break in Pokhara and stayed at a hotel that was ideally located for all the local sights. the staff were incredibly helpful and made sure we had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. the room itself was very comfortable, with great air conditioning, and the beds were really comfortable which made for a great night's sleep.
We also had some issues with insects in the room, which was a bit annoying but nothing that we couldn't handle.

I had a fantastic stay near by lake at this hotel. The location near lakeside was perfect - I could easily access shops, cafes, and restaurants. The staff was wonderful - so helpful and polite. They were really good too ensure my comfort. The room was very comfortable, and the air conditioning was perfect. The breakfast provided was nice, and the building itself was very nice. I had a great experience at this hotel.
